U.S. and Cuba Make Permanent the Exchange of Postal Mail

On June 1, the U.S. and Cuba agreed to make permanent their exchange of postal mail on direct flights between the two countries. Since March 2016 such exchanges have occurred on  a “pilot plan” basis.
