The President of El Salvador Mauricio Funes weeps while speaking during a ceremony with relatives of victims of a massacre occured during the 1980-92 civil war, at El Mozote, 220 km, northeast of San Salvador, on January 16, 2012 . In December 11, 1981 some 1,000 farmers –among them 450 children– were massacred by the Salvadorean army in the El Mozote massacre.
